What to Know
Before You Arrive
We’re looking forward to meeting you and your loved ones during your first visit to Baldwin Dental! There are a few things that we want all of our patients to know before they arrive for their initial appointments. The more you know ahead of time, the better prepared you can be. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our dental office; one of our team members will take their time explaining what you want to know.
Your First Visit
Our front desk team will warmly greet you and provide you with the appropriate forms if you haven’t already completed them. Once all the paperwork is complete, we’ll move to see you as soon as possible. The first visit will be based around learning more about your dental and medical history while becoming familiar with your mouth and the state of your oral health. Our findings during your first visit will set the tone for your treatment, and follow-up visits will be scheduled according to your needs.
For added convenience, you can find all of the paperwork that you’ll need to complete for your initial appointment here on our website. You can just download them and print them out on your own time at home, then fill them in at your leisure. It can take several minutes to complete these forms; thus, if you bring them in already completed, you can shave several minutes off your waiting time, meaning you’ll be able to meet with our dentists that much faster.

Learn More About Dental Insurance
Third-party financing can give you extra control over your financial situation so that you can pay for your care in a way that works for your personal budget. Instead of paying the entire cost at once, you’ll pay in a series of affordable installments. Talk to our front desk about the financing options that are available at our dental office. We’ll walk you through the application process and make sure that you’re well-informed about how it works.
In-House Dental Plan
Patients who don’t have insurance may be interested in our in-house dental plan. Once you’ve paid the membership fee, you’ll be entitled to discounts on regular checkups and cleanings as well as other services. Our team can go over the details of the plan with you if you call our dental office. Be sure to clarify whether you’re getting a plan for just yourself or your entire family, and be sure to mention if there are any services that you want to confirm are covered under the plan.
